Experience Guatemala through the travellers’ eyes
This summer we went to Guatemala with Paula from Let’s go to Guatemala.
It was, in a word, fantastic! The country really surprised us, the diversity of the country; We have, among others, been to the jungle, visited several Mayan sites, laid on the beach, climbed a volcano and spent the night at an altitude of over 3000m. We slept in fantastic hotels in idyllic places.
Paula planned a great trip and took us through Guatemala. She made a beautiful combination between nature, culture and adventure. There was also room for last minute adjustments. We had regular consultations during the preparation and were able to contact Paula with any questions. It’s a shame she doesn’t work in other countries because we would definitely travel with her again!
What an experience, what a special journey!
As a native to Guatemala (now living in the Netherlands), Paula knows her way around the country very well. She has an extensive local network and as such, is able to show you those hidden gems that are unbeknownst to most. And this includes specific hotels and restaurants! It also makes your journey more personal, as you can ask her about the things that interest you the most and most often, she is able to work it into your itinerary; for instance, visiting local farms or small villages.
She takes really good care of you and your needs and I had a wonderful time travelling this beautiful country with her. I am definitely going back for more!
Paula has a lot of knowledge about Guatemala, Guatemala, cities, nature, extremely useful tips prior to the trip, but she is also available for questions during the trip.

Paula organized a three-week unforgettable trip through Guatemala for me. I was late with the application, but Paula managed to quickly arrange all the transport and the necessary hotels. All “last minute” changes were arranged quickly and no question was too much. Her network is large and also useful in Guatemala where it is not always easy to arrange transport/travel.
In addition, Paula is also very pleasant to deal with and knows exactly what suits the customer’s needs. I can highly recommend Guatemala and Paula!
We traveled through Guatemala for two weeks with a family of 6 and this holiday has become a wonderful and unforgettable memory, thanks to Paula. She is a sweet woman who listens to wishes, thinks along and also arranges everything down to the last detail.
Although we did not have very long time, we were able to see many different places in this beautiful country because of the well-thought-out timetable.
We had a wonderful trip through Guatemala, very well organized by Paula from Let’s go to Guatemala. Very nice and personal contact so that all our wishes were perfectly included in the trip. And we were also very well helped during the trip if we had any questions.
